We didn’t plan for it, but this blog’s title just might be the most difficult tongue-twister ever created. Anyhow, now that we are back stateside, we decided to grab a bite at Seasalt Fish Grill at their new location in Downtown LA. The menu is pretty much the same as their original location in Santa Monica, but they’ve added a display counter from which you buy fresh fish as well as bottled sauces and pink salt (hint: ours!).
After stuffing ourselves with nothing but Italian food of late, it was nice to dip into something lighter. That’s not to say that Italian food isn’t light, it’s just that we chose to be strict and disciplined in what we ate; namely, carbs and cured meats.
