We’d eat pretty much anything that’s served on a pizza peel.  An old shoe on a pizza peel? Check.  Stale potato chips, but presented nicely on a pizza peel?  Yes, please.  But if it happens to also be tasty, then that, friends, is called a win.  Case in point, meats and cheeses from Olio.
