We weren’t sure what to expect when friends told us to try the Sea Urchin Pasta from Spoon House, but we’re sure glad they urged us to go.  It had a mild saltiness (like our pink salt, but we’re biased) that we enjoyed and before we could speak, we had finished the entire plate.  Bittersweet, if you ask us.
