ORDERS
Karisalt, Inc. only sells the products on the Site to adults with valid credit cards and/or Paypal account.  Those under the age of 18 may use the Site and make purchases only with the approval and supervision of a parent or guardian.  The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline that order for any reason and to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or the user charged.  If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, Karisalt, Inc. will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

PRIVATE LABEL RESTRICTION
You may not, under any circumstance, modify the products received or purchased on this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose.

PRICING
In the event that a product on the Site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Karisalt, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Karisalt, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the event that the price of a product on the Site does not match that in retail or wholesale outlets, the prices on the Site cannot be equaled over the phone, via email, or in retail and wholesale outlets.  Any discounts offered by the Site can only be honored and accepted on the Site and not elsewhere.

RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Karisalt, Inc. pass to you upon our delivery to a shipping carrier.

USE OF SITE
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Karisalt, Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
